Najera had the surgery Friday at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee. Najera, who was signed in the offseason as a free agent, played in 27 games, averaging 2.9 points and 2.5 rebounds.

The Nets' game with the Wizards will be their first on the road since they rallied from 17 points down and utilized a defense that caused Philadelphia to misfire on its final 18 shots of the game Saturday as the Nets pulled out an 85-83 triumph. And that was only their second road win in 10 games.
